Who Are We?
We’re an atypically typical family of four:
Jamie
Jamie owns O2 Events Denver, an event and production company that creates and executes shows for the largest tech companies across the US. She rides MTB, runs, and loves to cook. During RV life, she’s most looking forward to learning more about herself, conquering fears, and taking advantage of life.
Derek
Derek is a freelance copywriter and founder of TreadBikely, where he tests and reviews popular cycling accessories, parts, and gear. He spends all of his free time riding MTB, gravel, or road, and uses RV life as an excuse to bike in some of the best destinations in the western US.
Ava & Olivia
Ava (10) and Olivia (8) are strong, adaptive, and incredibly capable young women who approach life with take-no-prisoners attitudes. We enjoy many deep conversations with them during dinner, and they’re our biggest teachers.
They both ride MTB and thrive in the water. When it comes to RV life, Ava looks forward to finally riding singletrack without her sister complaining, while Livi has her eyes set on climbing rocks on “real” mountains.
Together, we’re balancing hard work with exhilarating fun, living in the moment, managing an office on wheels across the US and Canada, and experiencing new MTB trails, cultures, and sides of ourselves we could have never fathomed existed.
